Congrats ! looks like a fine day on the water..




I'm going to suggest something that may stir controversy,but I hope you understand...While I, and most fisherman with any common sense realize the process of fishing and keeping some for the table..Some need bled ,some are injured swallowing baits ,The Gaff, etc. etc..IMO .I wouldn't post The bloodiest pics you can find..PETA and groups of that nature will use these against us..They will portray us as blood thirsty killers who torture "Sea Kittens" or whatever BS name they can come up with that week..We know the real story.. But Jill Q. Public doesn't. Sadly ,Today we have to watch our backs..Image goes a long way..I just wouldn't give them any ammo if it were me..JMO -

To hell with that! We owe no apologies or deferance to anyone. Bloody decks is what it's all about.

I knew this wasn't going to be a popular opinion ,but the facts remain..We are losing ground to the Anti's every year..Kids just aren't fishing or hunting like they used too..Anti's are getting jobs as Elementary school teachers ,Sunday school teachers , etc..They are reaching the kids early.Who do you think this campaign is geared toward ?? http://www.peta.org/sea_kittens/ You think 8 yr. olds understand "thats what it's all about" ? ..We can continue to thump our chests and yell Bloody Decks Rule and to Hell with Them !! Or we can Still Bloody All our Decks,Present a wholesome Image and just keep the bloodiest photos to our selves and off the World Wide Web..I think we have to be smarter than them,and not just hand over the BS that ends up in their recruiting ads..

Their main page features a clip of bowhunting carp..We all know there is nothing wrong with that.Actually we need more of it..It's The bored housewives who need a cause that find it gross..That is who funds these azzholes..I think we need to watch how we present ourselves.Thats just my opinion.You guys that disagree ,I hope you're right..
