Hatteras Billfishing aboard the Bite Me

Wow, unreal day, the best day of billfish we have ever had aboard the bite me.

A white marlin, and 6 Sailfish.

We actually had two more sails hooked up that came off, and another white that did not eat. Our first billfish encounter of the day was a Blue One, about a 500 pounder followed the dredge around for what seemed like forever, looked at a plug breifly, but never ate it.

Had one triple header of sails, catching two of those, and a triple header consisting of two sails and a white.

It was Hap'nin aboard the bite me today.

Paul caught 2 sails, Jason caught 2 sails, Marilyn caught a sail and Larry caught a sail and a white.

Regular guest mate Lee "birddog" Cannady was on full point most of the day!

Stopped on the way in and caught a mess of dolphins for dinner.
