Thumbs up Had a great Sunday...

The Reel Estate ventured from OCMD yesterday at 5:am headed north to the Wilmington. It took us a while with the head sea, but we knew we were in the right place as two boats were backing down on fish in front of us as we arrived...so lines went out immediately. Our typical crew was aboard, plus a featured guest, Brad (MDCanyonRunner). It wasn't long before whitey tried to eat our blue marlin bait on the left short. I missed him there but fortunately he slid off to the tip rigger on the other side where my cousin John was ready for him...release #1 occured shortly thereafter. Encounter number two was a hungry white boy on the right short nailed by Brad, and cranked in by my brother-in-law Greg...release #2. The next encounter was a double header on the right long and short riggers...Brad's came tight, John's unfortunately did not...Released #3 shortly thereafter. Missed one more that knocked a flat line out of the clip. Great day for us. Brad brought a huge wealth of knowledge and experience and has us rethinking some of ways we are fishing. Can't wait to do it again, thanks again for all the insight. We really enjoyed having you. Good times and good fishing...it was a great day.

The best part of the year is here...Tight lines, and good luck.

We where out there also. I have not seen white marlin fishing out there as good as it is in a long time. Hopefully stay there for awhile. We where 4-6 and saw alot of fish released around us to.

Gotta love it when the plan comes together.

That water is on the roll. I hope it doesn't slide by before sunday.
