Anyone know these guys? Had a great conversation with cappy Peter today, who runs the boat. Unbeknownst to me, a good buddy gave this crew a 6 pack of my lures..to take to the Bahamas..hmmm..apparently things went well as they are sold and requested more!
We fished against them up North in the Tri-State Shootout and the Hyannis Blue Water Tourney's..
Real nice and professional cappy..Im pretty sure the owners name is Barber.

they were at the viking rendezvous at ocean reef, talked to them a couple of times, great guys, beautiful boat, i believe it was a 74,
yep..it's a 74..think they had a Davis before this one and a 61 Viking before that..
very nice guys we fish with then in the nantucket anglers billfish every year and last year in the tri state shootout, caught a nice blue marlin along side them last year when we were done releasing the fish they couldnt wait to jump on the radio to congratulate us! class bunch of guys!

very beautiful as usual, and a sunday breakfast buffet that is killer, still trying to figure out this one fruit they have, i think it was called ichi.....
funny thing on the gregarious, they had a furuno mounted to the engine hatch, when you flipped the hatch up there was the furuno, i think i have a pic of it, but will have to wait till i get back to fla to take it off my camera.
furuno as in depth/fish finder? makes sense i guess if you don't want it exposed while not fishing..then the hatch has to open to use it..hmmm
I like our idea better..not as clean but functional.

May have been leechy (sp??) nut....white-ish flesh and delicious.
May also see the juice in some grocery stores under Guanabana or some thing very close to that spelling. I know Publix has it in their international area maybe.
Knowing the ORC fairly well, they may have had it out of it's shell and de-nutted...it has a smooth pea-sized nut inside the white-ish flesh. So good!
that was it, fantastic stuff.
