funny thing on the gregarious, they had a furuno mounted to the engine hatch, when you flipped the hatch up there was the furuno, i think i have a pic of it, but will have to wait till i get back to fla to take it off my camera.

I have seen other boats with fishfinders mounted in cockpit, very helpful for the mate to be able to watch while chunking at night in NE canyons or even swording in FL. Jolly Mon had one mounted on their engine hatch untill they had it converted into a mezzanine

same thing in this boat, except they kept the mezz if my memory serves me right, beautiful machine it is.

The Bottom machine is a must have in the pit.

Its great when chuncking but when I am inshore drifting for Striped Bass and Fluke it allows the guy's fishing to know when the bottom rises or falls so they can keep the baits close to the bottom...
