Great Job Admin and Kobie

I had opportunity to stop into the rolling Sportfish studio located at OFF THE HOOK in Cape May twice this week. I only hung around for a little bit each time. I was really curious as to how the behind the scenes editing worked. Plus Admin and Kobe are cool guys to hang with.

I have to tell ya it is very labor intensive or thats what it seemed to me. Kobe is like one of those Rap Dj's from the 80's on his side of the table trying all kinds of different views and looks. John was steady answering the phone and helping Kobe. It was really neat to see them at work , I have always taken the pictures and the videos for granted. I never in my life thought that so much time and effort went into providing this community with such great views.

Today I had the honor of meeting Mr Admin and one of his buds, But only for a few seconds. Mr Admin is gonna go fishing with me and didn't find all of my comments humorous "" weapons of mass destruction "" or Sawzawll to a 68 he couldn't figure out why I would do that. At any rate it was nice meeting them.

I honestly feel that we owe John and Kobe a big round of applause for a job well done !!!!!

I fished the Island Girl this week and it was great to back down to the weigh station and see you guys there to welcome us in. We had three days of hard fishing in a row and being in the tournament we weren't able to follow all the action of the other boats. Your coverage allowed us to catch up on the days events each night and captured some moments that are great to look back at.

To see Admin and Kobie in action at the scales is something. Admin with two cameras around his neck snapping the still pics then running back to his computer pulling the memory card from the camera slipping it into the puter to down load the pics and add comentary for all to read. Kobie shooting the video is somewhat a little more relaxed, that is until the weighing is done then he has to develop the video into slide show presentation in very little time. They do a masterful job in capturing and reporting the action in real time.

You're right Marty these boys do deserve a big round of applause.
