Great fishing stories

A lot of great fishing stories and memories are created while fishing. My favorite story is when my father (Vixen) and my grandfather went out fishing together. My grandfather caught a flounder and while he was trying to get the hook out of the fish he ended up hooking his own hand. My grandfather was bent over the side saying "Joe Joe can you help me". My grandfather's hand was floppin around with the fish hooked to his hand. My father rushed over and cut the hook. If that wasn't enough of a bad day it only got worse when they got back to the dock.While cleaning the boat my grandfather fell over board and and had to be fished out of the water. Thank God he wasn't hurt but that day will always be remembered by me.

I fought about a 160 pound Mako to the boat as my dad leadered it he spit the hook in my face.My uncle didnt realize it and when the tail sloshed the top of the water he hit him with the gaff.Damn near ripped him outta the boat, tail beating the shit outta him and the side of the boat my dad looked at him and said "whatcha gonna do now brother" ??
