Good Ol' Boys Figured Out How To Clean Up OIl

Yes, some good ol' boys have this figured out, but we have Engineers and Scientists with PhDs from the major oil companies, NASA, Dept of Energy, the best Universities, and of couse, the Obama Administration, twiddling their thumbs while the problem just keeps getting worse and worse.

    Amazing.........

The principle works. I'd donate a couple hundred 600lb round bales TODAY to the cause.

Simple and effective and it does require a "Bail Out" which would be right up the Obamas administration's alley Looks like Obama should hire these guys to help with all the other problems he has, gotta be a hell of alot cheaper then the way he doing it now

Good idea but I can't see it solving the whole oil spill crisis. Number one they are already doing something just like this except using human and animal hair to absorb the oil. The problem is how to place the hair, or in this case hay, over the oil. Spreading it out in the wind would solve the surface oil but a majority of the oil is in giant plumes under the surface. As off right now the hair is being dragged behind boats over the surface oil and oil plumes. This works for blooms up to about 50ft deep. But how do u reach the giant blooms that are 100's of feet deep and miles wide underneath the water.
