Going To Beaufort April 1st-6th ...want advice

sup guys me and some guys are heading out to beaufort april 1st-6th...we are going to be using charter boat one day (i forgot who they signedup with)..and fishing out of 26' boston whaler out rage...yes the one with no outriggers

so...basically heres a list of things i want/need to know
    1. Where are some artificial reefs that are good for fishing...both the very popular ones and the not so popular more secret ones...its okay if u dont want to tell
    2. the best way to setup with no outriggers
    3. type of bait/ setup we should use ...idk how andif you can run a spreader without an outrigger...i was thinking of instead of that running 4-6 lines from different points on the boat, each with a daisy chain and ballyhoo hooked at the end...
    4. how far is it to gulf stream?
5.. and anyother details yall think i should no...HELP IS GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!...i will hopefully be posting photos daily as well

For trolling AR302 would be the nearest wreck. Good aj jigging there and beeliners if you want to bottom fish it

    2. the best way to setup with no outriggers

You can troll 5 with no problem. I troll squid chains with hook balyhoo on the flats (or one chain+ and one deep rod), two medium and one long down the middle. Keep it simple. Blue and white seawitches and islanders. Wire (# 8 or 9) down and long. 100 lb mono everywhere else.

    3. type of bait/ setup we should use ...idk how andif you can run a spreader without an outrigger...i was thinking of instead of that running 4-6 lines from different points on the boat, each with a daisy chain and ballyhoo hooked at the end...

If you have some ballyhoo out, then go all ballyhoo. If you want to pull plugs, try cedar plugs and monkalures

    4. how far is it to gulf stream?

"stream" fishing begins at the 90 foot drop about 30 miles offshore Beaufort inlet. The big rock is about 40 miles. Get a local chart. water is still cool inshore. I'd look for 69 degrees or so to start

If in doubt, follow the charter boat fleet and fish around them (without getting in the way, please!) on Friday and Saturday. Calm both days. You will learn a lot by paying attention when you charter.

    Some answers above.
    Good luck
