Is Allan running out of ArtMarina or do you have a way to contact him? I've fished with him out of keys several times, always had a great trip.

Capt. Starr was set adrift by artmarina a few years back, when that operation po'd the govt. He's got a new operation down there - pretty clean from what I understand, which started last year. A couple of friends fished with him last June - did great, tho it's the end of the season.
