Some good info in there and whatever you do, don't use baseball bat tape like I did. At least not black. The color turns into a liquid when water hits it and makes black water and hands. That was fun

Those look nice and are durable. But if you want comfort go to your local bike shop and ask for a package of Cork tape. Cheap, easy to apply, and doesn't slip. I would take a picture of mine but the boat is on the other side of the island. All our gaffs will soon be done like that.

I use the "spray on bed liner " you can buy at any auto parts store, it stays on pretty well and it is cheap
