    FL Sails (are they biting?)

    I know its cold down there right now. I was wondering if its worth fishing in 2 weeks in the West Palm area..
    SOME PEOPLE ARE LIKE SLINKIES. NOT REALLY GOOD FOR ANYTHING BUT THEY BRING A SMILE TO YOUR FACE WHEN PUSHED DOWN THE STAIRS.....

    I've heard the fishin has been purdy good down there the last couple of weeks, if the cold fronts keep movin thru there they should still be chewin, alot of boats catchin double digits on the Sails !! Good Luck !!

    Fish are thick just north of here. Double digits comming from county line up. Been cold as all get out and fish keep sliding more this way each day... The sea has been pretty ugly up where they are as they are around the corner. Cold and nasty especially if I was to use the Contender which is the only boat running right now (43 in yard and Deep C in storage).

    Palm Beach sails

    Fishing is very good right now, and will probably continue. It doesnt seem like the fish are pushing south from where they are. As long as we keep getting cold fronts passing through the livebaiting out front should remain strong. Lots of double digit opportunities live baiting between palm beach and jupiter lately. Love the 6 mile run. If the wind is northerly when you are here then there is a good chance you will have good sailfishing.

    Silver Sailfish Derby started today out of West Palm with 43 boats. You can check their updates on Facebook at www.facebook.com/SilverSailfishDerby but they should be chewing pretty good with this weather...

    Went out yesterday and got two fish just messing around for a half day - sunny & wind died down with just a leftover swell (small). really nice condition. Another front coming this weekend should get cold again (for Florida) & push more fish down -

    Yeah, we got 10 outta 17 trollin a couple days ago and fished a 2/3 day today and had 8 bites live baiting right out front. Bite fell off when the wind fell out. The troll bite was very strong north of stuart today. One boat got 17 that i know of.
