In our region of Costa Rica, the south Pacific, we have some pretty good fishing then. Mostly inshore and some sails with blue marlin mixed in offshore. The later part of the month is better. It is not
the prime time for sails though. Last Dec. we averaged 3-8 shots a day were in Jan to March we got 12+ a day. Cabo depending on the year the stripe bite can carry over into Dec. and can be very good. PV I'm not sure maybe some one else can help you out with that. PV is having some safety issues along with some other parts of Mex. right now. Check out the situation with the state department first. They have the most recent facts on the areas, not B.S. opinions. Good luck
