We ran typicaly 50-60 miles each day, never getting very far offshore; it took about 3 hours each way.
As far as the fish processing operation, I didn't think to take pics, they definitely know how to take your catch, weigh it, ask what sized portions you want it in, vut it, vacuum pack it, flash freeze it, then usher you in for shipping information and collection of MONEY. The nice part was we didn't have to settle up until the last day, they just kept our catch fresh frozen.
