First Report on the Bucket Stop

I replied with an e-mail from the form on Sunday to try one out.

Well it showed up today, wow I wasn't expecting them for a week or two, considering it was free.

I hope to field test them this weekend and will post a full report.

They look like they will work very well.

    Thanks for the great service.

I'll second that. Got in this evening and my package was already there. Look forward to posting an actual report using it this weekend or within the next couple weeks. I did place it in a bucket I had lying around and kicked it a couple times. Even empty it's very difficult to knock over. This will be a perfect solution to eliminate sliding when prepping ballyhoo in rough weather.

Thanks again for an awesome offer and I'll post the report soon.

Got a visit from the UPS man today.

Quality stuff there. Looks like it will work great.

Can't wait to give it a shot.... too bad that won't be for a couple of months.... I can tell you like stated above, it works great on the garage floor with an empty bucket and a size 10 work boot.

    Thanks for sending.

I won't forget to post up as soon as I hit the water.

You have a black lab running around where you ship them from don't you????

    Bucket Stop

    Hello fellow Bucket Stoppers,

Yes...I have two labs at the house... Sorry for the fur ball if you got one... Thank you for all of your help. Over 800 units have been sold in past 2 months and have had rave reviews. We just received the retail packaging today, so some of you may get the true final shelf product.

The only time we have found the bucket to turn over is if you are running faster than 35-40 knts and the bucket gets caught in a gust of wind. To correct this, just fill the bucket 1/4 full of water and put it in the corner. You will be good to go!

Hopefully you will see The Bucket Stop in your local marine retail stores in the next 6-8 months. Until then, the web site will be up with new dealers listed, and I will be at the Miami Boat Show in the Pavilion out front of the Convention Center
Feb 12th-17th. Keep the posts coming!
    Good Luck and Tight Lines.

Thanks again and Congrats on your success.

Well the bucket stop has been getting quite the workout over the last week or so.... FINALLY!!!!!!

This thing is awesome, no more sliding buckets all over the place. I hate the sound of stuff sliding over the non skid in the pit... this has put the stop to that and last night with the NE wind blowing my bucket didn't make a peep.

Thanks again for sending this out... it is a great product and I will be getting a few more for offshore when we have more then one bucket in use.

For anyone that hasn't tried one yet.... go get one!!! they work great.
