Its a whole new chapter... new way of doing things. I did years of doing it myself and that was ok. I also did years of choosing a boat first then the owner. That usually doesn't pan out for real long hauls. This time I stuck with a great owner and the other stuff is falling in line. Yeah its nice that he's generous but that doesn't begin to match how nice it is having a guy who's so on the same page and energetic. He's pieced together a great team where all of us are in a good place. We all are involved with the decision making. Each have our specific duties and a good at dock support staff. Not unlike a good race car team. Pit crew guys, guys in the garage, all as important as the driver... ![]()
