Headed offshore yesterday to the blue water behind the Baltimore Canyon. We found some action near 73 10 and 37 46, water temp was 70.5. No bites at all in the 72.5 degree water. As soon as we trolled into the cooler water 4 lines go down and we come tight on 2 YF tuna in the 45 lb range. While boating the 2 tuna we see a white come up behind a blue marlin lure, not interested. Fished the area for the rest of the day and had 2 shots at 2 more whites but couldn't come tight. Sea conditions were 5 to 6 footers in 15 plus knot winds. For the day saw 3 whites and boated 2 YF. Not to bad for the first trip.
