Fight-N-Lady Report 3-22

Finally, a Fight N Lady fishing report! We were able to get out Thursday and Sunday of this week and both days we found the fish. Both days when ran south and found a good temp change that went from 68 to 73. Both days when found the wahoo on the cooler side and the mahi on the warm side of the break. The wahoo have been very nice with three citations in two days and the gaffer mahi caught me off guard as they slammed the spread leaving no bait untouched and me doing the mahi scramble sooner than I expected. It was nice to finally start doing some fishing and a little less boat work. As we watch everyone else hauling out and doing their yearly maintenance, it is nice to know that we are finished with those chores and ready for the fish when mother nature allows us to get out. I will also go out on a limb and predict our first blue marlin of ’09 by Apirl 15th. To those of you that joined us this week thank you very much and we look forward to seeing everyone else soon.
