the king of white meat fish for me is the black, red and nassau grouper...hands down...stays moist succulent no bones and no fish stink

hogfish in own category as mainly speared...also delicious

second runners up are all cold water deepwater snapper - yellow eye, black and queen. yellow edge grouper also contenders

most over rated wahoo and halibut

second over rated mahi - good but not great once get used to eatin grouper and tuna

best blue water is of course tuna

best cold water is of course salmon

most disgusting kingfish and most jacks

best chance to get ciguatera is to eat cuda with dark meat

Mr Blue Marlin sometimes keeps me up at night thinking of him swimming around, its been to long since I have caught one.

Stalking a Permit on a flat with a Fly rod and getting one the the boat is my biggest fishing accomplishment that I have ever had.
