Freakin Tool!
For this years WMO, i was going to bring down a smaller 24 ft Cape Horn just to tool around on, on the lay days, but decided that it wasnt going to be worth it in terms of trailering and hassle. Now that i know what the traffic is like, there were certainly days i wish i had.
I made it a point to ask Jim Motsko the week before, and he told me that it is perfectly acceptable to bring a second boat down if you wanted. It is possible to take it out, fish it, and do whatever but i am not sure that in the grand scheme of things it would have been worthwhile anyway. From what i saw, the water body didnt move all that much during the week.
its all good, but if u can have a plane on top it would be good for u. see more then you think. its all about the money.

yup no different than buying a roffers report or any of the water temp charts. they even give you reports that people have reported. i don't see much difference.
Keep your boat at Cape May Marine. Percentage wise, a lot of winners have docked there. Considering they only have like 10 slips for big boats, I think they have had a winning boat in it almost every year. On a side note, The pool isnt opened.......box asked, I told him no swimming.![]()
not because of the planes, 'other boats', roffs' (which any fishing creature should use by the way) after all you spend how much in fuel??? , fast boats, or even radios ... it's the stupid people always bitchin' about stuff! I ask the people I fish with now to save their money and just fish a cpl extra days... karma takes care of cheaters in the long run.
