Well, today was a freaking FUNNNNN day on the water. A wet one, but FUN! We went through the inlet on my friends 26 regulator, got the HELL beat outa us, got a few SMALLLLLLL kings, then we decided, the rain, big swells, and no fish werent worth getting pounded. so we went back through the inlet, anchored on the side of the shoals. and grabbed our drum rods, and SWAM with them and some bait, to the middle of the shoals, where it was ankle deep. the other parts were 4 ft. so i guess technically since we swam from the boat it is OFFSHORE lol.
Caught some nice yearling drum around 35 inches, bud got a citation drum.
