    "Double Time" and "Pole Position"

I am not sure if any of these guys are members here but I have to congratulate the captain, crew, and mate of the Pole Position for helping the crew of the "Double Time" today. Does anyone know where about the Double Time was today when it sank? I know it was off ocracoke but that is all I know.

Rich, I don't know anything about the boat but my hats off to the captain and crew for staying safe and my hats really off to the Pole Position crew for assisting and rescuing the distressed boat. Everyone needs to keep in mind to be on the lookout and be able to assist if needed out there. You never know what is going to happen!!!!!!

Unfortunately there is no provision in our rules to grant the "Pole Position" another fishing day. I applaud their efforts and I hope everyone will take time to thank them for their efforts. I do not know what type of boat sank.

I read that. That is very disgraceful of the Big Rock Tournament committee IMHO. I hope they get that straightened out soon.

Pole Position way to go guys!!

I would imagine if there was a show of hands tonight from all fishermen fishing the event they would all vote for another day of fishing for you.

Class act though love to hear people going out of the way for others on the water.

I heard they were right around the 891 line in about 150ft of water, second hand info so I don't know how accurate it is.
