on the nmfs permit application, which permit covers the reef? i see the golf of mexico charter/headboat for reef fish...? but i dont see altantic or south atlantic? do you recall?

Charter and party boat oeprators who already have a Northeast Region Operator's Permit do NOT need an additional one from the SouthEast Region when you apply for a Dolphin/Wahoo Permit. Enclose a copy of your NorthEast Operator's Permit and that will suffice.
