dolphin on the fly

went out with dave(sweet caroline )this past w/e. we had this trip slated as another fly charter. we had numerous rods from 8 to 12 wt rigged and readtogo. on the way out we spotted some huge grass mats. that became our playground for the day. pretty incredible to land a clouser slide it off a weed mat and then watch it get hammered by a yellow flash.have been pursuing a dolphin on the fly(unsuccesfully)for several yrs.had tons of amberjacks taking the fly as well. awesome day thanks dave

Thanks John, I am glad I could pull through on the fly quest. The next mission is the tuna on the fly. I hope we can pull it off this year. This has been a good year for us so far and to get the tuna on the fly would certainly top it off.
