The FADS major Mitchell refers to are the equivalent to your high fliers. "FISH ATTRACTING DEVICES,... FAD's" so these methods can be done there. Good tip.
major Mitchell-
As far as the teaser and chain go, they look great. One thing I will say though, once you find that school of hungry mahi, the teaser MAY,once again MAY be a bit more trouble than help and spend most of the time hanging from the rigger than in the water. Let me clarify that. One, two, three or more fish hooked up coming boatside, running your anglers all over and OOPS! that one's rapped in the teaser. Ok fish are inthe box , spread is back out and BAM, here we go again. Get the teaser out of the water. Box the fish and do it again, and again , and again, and again.....
I'm not saying don't use the teaser, but if your getting covered up by fish readily enough,it may just be another obstacle to move around.
some have said that pink works well and it does, but also dolphin colored lures seem to do the trick.
bits of squid on a lightweight spinning reel can be a lot of fun and an easy way to fill the box if you find the dolphin thick

My 2 most productive dolphin lures are a bl/w iland black hole with ballyhoo (long rigger) and a laser pro 190 2m+ red head(long corner). The halco mixed in with the lures somehow works. From the pics in aussie forums, the new dojos hybrids 6'5 and 8' are doing damage on the dorados(and just about everything else). Lumo(lr) and Evil angel(st).
Havent tried them yet, being an Aussie pretty sure you can get them easily. Have you used them?
same thing. they are also called Dorado
