The link below is to probably the best article written on the dogfish issue. One of the most amazing things is the table that shows the % of dogfish in the trawl surveys that are done multiple times a year. Some surveys have over 60% dogfish. Think about that. Years where dogfish account for more than 60% of everything caught throughout the entire survey. Thats ridiculous. And keep in mind that things have only gotten worse since the story was written.
