Does this shark look legal?

This a pic from the Oregon Inlet Fishing Center, their third of the year. It only looks like to me to be 48-52"

Here's a link to their site;

that looks like a tasty little shark, but if it fits flat in a cooler i would let the poor little guy go, his mama probly misses him.

Sadly they may have found the best way for them to advertise cheap

Might be getting old but new to me.

Yes, I'm new here and at The Bass Barn so I'm sorry that I posted this picture and wanted to bring attention to this picture. Watching the reports coming out of Oregon Inlet FC and seeing sharks which "look" short, three posted pictures so far, and not hearing back from them on why gets me upset. I've seen post bashing commercial guys why not post bashing regular fishermen? Yes, I agree you have the right to what you want but if there's a record of it expect me or somebody else to say something about it if it doesn't look right.

What makes you think they are obliged to answer your complaint?

Found the other post.

So I found the other post under "Another Oregon Inlet Beauty". Sorry for the duplication. It was also funny to see that a Glacier Bay out of OI had caught and RELEASED 2 - 40" Makos on May 5th also. That other post was "OI on Cinco de Mayo"
