    dink rod for tld 20s

I have a few tld 20's that are laying around that are in fine shape but I dont like the current rods I have for them.

Considering a tld 20 is an alright sailfish reel or pitch bait reel, I would like to find out what you think is a good rod for them. I am trying to keep it inexpensive and the one that I am asking you all about is the ugly stick series. Is there an ugly stick that is suitable for a pitch bait 20 or 30lb line?

Just trying to keep it inexpensive. I mainly have Star rods but if you know of a good star also that could be considered.

Check out the Shimano Tallus rods. For the money you can't beat them.

I'll second that. I have 4 of the light ones that we use with TLD15 for Chesp. Rock. But I want to get a couple more for the 20's or 25's for dink rods this year.

I've got 2 TLD 25's with Tallus rods as my pitchbaits for whites.

thanks. look like the tallus rods are what most internet readers are using!

i wish i could still get some input on an ugly stick from someone. I might be wrong but someone said they have caught many a white and sailfish on a particular ugly stick. Even though the tallus rods are around 125.00, I could get a couple of ugly sticks for that price.

    I appreciate the responses though.
