talk to a rod builder; you can get exactly what you want and need for the same price your gonna pay for something off the shelf, sometimes cheaper. As long as you have some time to wait for it.
I have a few Redbone hurricane offshore rods with Shimano Trinadad 16s and use them for pitch baits on sailfish in Costa Rica ,I got them at Sports Authority in Florida around $80 or $90 as I remember ,they have great action and have fairly large fuji guides for wind on leaders , they are very good for a production rod .I checked their website and you can buy them there ,but if your like me,I want to touch and feel before buying
Shamano Tallus are a good match up for a Tld20 I have 11 of them. They arent that expensive about 150.ea.We have caught Blue Marlin,Whites,Tarpon,Striper,Cobia,Red & Black Drum,Bluefish ,crevalle Jacks,King Mackerel we use these set up for everything. They make good dink setups also.
These are perfect for the Shimano tld20's or 25's. For the 20's use 30lb. either smoke or blue moimoi...for the 25's use 40lb hiVis moimoi. These run about $129 in Gander Mtn., Melton Tackle or any respectable shop.

The Ugly sticks will handle any Sail or White out there. I have loaded up on Ugly sticks And have not had a problem . The Uglies can whoop a 40-70 pound fish anyday. The customs sound better but the Ugly gets it done.
