Got back in on Mon. about midnight and went fishing Tues. Got our typical later start but it was slow up till about 2:00. then in the next 2 hours went 16 for 28 + or -. Wednesday was a pick, went 11 for 16. Thursday was another short day (left at 10, back at 4;30) pick with about 10 for 15. On our ride in saw the birds so I know it was lighting off at that spot but we had to be back. About 37/59 + or - in three days.

Have not seen anymore black feathered chickens.

Thanks for the report. Sounds like the bite may be picking up a little.....hopefully it will still be hot in 21 days.....and counting....

Saw you guys out the other day. I think we caught 7 that day. Seems like things have been turning on pretty late. Too late for us little guys to make it home before dark. Here is a pic of a 500pound Black my buddy Tucker on Sweet Dreams caught next to me.
