    Daytime Sword DeepDrop Rig

i have seen a number of setups for daytime swordfishing but am not sure which to go with. at one point, i saw an article with a rig that used a metal arm to separate the bait from the main line (so they dont get tangled on the way down and you can drop faster). does anyone know where i could get one of these metal spreader arms? i have done a bunch of google searches with no luck. also, any good thoughts on rig setup would be helpful.

gonna try this year out of DE.

Have a look at ZIPLOCK whisker booms, they will allow you the bigger ones that is to have a running trace of up to 20 foot from the weight to the hook, the joy of these booms is when the end game arrives they slide down to the stop or swivel allowing you to reel most of the line back on the reel so you are not playing around with one big piss fish at twenty feet from the boat, the secret is the speed of the drop and the current, do not be in a hurry to stick it on the bottom these booms will give you a perfect presentation here is half the story.
