Cockpit Whitey, Fish Whistle

Here is the a picture of the winning white before he went on a diet to tie. It was quite a week holding onto that fish all week. The worst was that a soul not named here "Howard Tuna Bite" called us on the way in Friday saying that a 81.5 was weighed and we were knocked out. Fortunately we got that straightened out after a few shit attacks.

I must say we are very proud of our Captain Charlie Horning who always puts us on the fish. Everyone knows what a great guy he is and how deep his dedication is to catching fish. He is certainly deserving of such a tournament victory.

We had a ringer on board his brother Pat, who first saw him swim into the spread. Its always good to have an extra Horning on board and to have our Marlin Mentor Captain Jim Horning of the Hog Wild not too far away keeping the pressure on.

There are 4 Hornings fishing the Pirates Cove on the Hog Wild this week. Something's bound to happen as that is close to the legal limit.

Thanks to all of those who were pulling for us.

PS. The Fish Whistle is from Indian River, DELAWARE
and it pays to be In E class.

Did Tommy's bruise heal yet?

We never got a picture of that to show. Anyone have a pic?

The fish was a little green and tore the angler up when he got in the boat. His whole thigh was a purple/black mess.

For some reason I think the pain subsided on friday night!

Congrats again to the Fish Whistle. Great win!
