Circle hook release

The pic shows a simple cable loop that I attach to a piece of an old wood mop handle. Sometime the hook needs a push from the backside to reveal the point.

You can usually slip the wire ove the bend of the point and pull untill the barb is all the way through. Then reposition the the wire loop over the barb and the hook will pull through super easy

Once the hook is pulled through hook it on yer finger if it is big enough or hold it with gloves on and let the fish slide behind the boat on the leader,,,after she is reved back up simply snip the leader next to the hook or at an abrassion point and watch the fish sink away

Customise the size of the wire and loop to your circle hook before leaving the house
