    HOT UNS THERE JOHN

I'd hate to be going around the same bouy or rig against john's arsenal on some of those links...wow...that's the shizzle.
Few pointers....they make the 4 inch variety and then a smaller one too...match em to the size your hunting for.
Also...most common mistake or technique is getting the skirts too close to one another....i like em at least 6-7 feet apart...that way I can unhook the one I got in my hands and the other(s) are still in the water. u aint lived until a baracuda or other fish takes the one in the water while ur trying to unhook the one in your hand...use barbless hooks.

Also....did u see in the vid that Josh (i think it was one of Josh's) where you fish with a 12/0 hook and the jig or skirt right behind it....that way if u get bit while winding it in...the fish is already on the correct leader and hook is there in front of the jig or skirt.....fish for bait using the 400-500 mono and the 9/0 to 12/0 hook with the bait jig or skirt literally an inch or two away from the bend of the hook....i happened to see that in a video on here i think and was suprised to see it....old school for sure, but deadly....when she piles on before u can get the bait in it's not for every situation though.
