Canyon Runner Report - They are here boys!! Go get Them!!!!

Capt. Mark DeCabia and Capt. Phil Dulanie put together a solid catch in the Hudson Canyon. They started out around the pots and pulled 10 big 12-15 pound gaffer mahi and 1 longfin out of the pots and trolled a 65# yellowfin and a 50# longfin. At night on the chunk they lost a big sword, chunked a 50# longfin and boated a 175# sword. Up on the troll in the morning after only trolling 20 minutes they nailed a 4 bagger of 35-50 pound longfin then trolled 5 more big longfin and an 80 pound Wahoo. In total they already have 7 nice longfin and 1 big yellowfin in the boat plus the big sword - a ton of meat for the charter so they started to release fish except for the wahoo. In total they caught 13 big longifn, 1 big yellowfin, the 80 pound wahoo, 175 sword and 10 big mahi.

I am getting pictures sent to me right now and will post them tonight.

Capt. Mark DeBlasio is out there right now on and immediately got into the mahi, pulled a longfin and a wahoo on the troll after only 2 hours.
