Canyon Runner Miami Sail Report 1/2

Got to the range at 7 and bait was easy! medium size threads, all you wanted. Headed south and off key biscayne in 35-100ft lots of frigates working so we set some drifts up under the hawks. Ended up 4/4 in that depth by 10am, then the birds dissapeared and we headed back in to replenish our supply of deadfins! Worked our way from monument all the way to Haulover without a sail bite. Started looking around in deeper water and found some birds so we put some baits out on top of them and three sails popped up in 190ft. We hooked two and jumped one off...the other was just window shopping! Ended the day 5/6 on sails, 3 mahi and 5 kings to 15lbs.
