Talked to my dad, and he heard a rumor that Mark was fighting a BFT this morning- any truth? C'mon where are the real time reports???

Unless the SAT phone is not working there is no truth to this rumor. Mark calls me everytime he hooks up and is fighting a fish and I did not receive a call yet today.

The only truth to the rumor is that we are infact fishing today officially kicking off our season down there. The last two years we hooked our first fish of the year on December 2 so hopefully things are right on schedule.

That said, Mark told me this morning that barely anyone is fishing and the water is warmer then he's fished in ever before so with the water not being right and lack of help from other boats to find the fish it might be some time until the fishing gets going. He was marking good pods of bait though so who knows.
