I think Admin is going to let me have this space
With no sat shot... I ran south in hopes of finding water... It sucked... We hit an iceberg of 60 degrees only clibing to 63 by days end eight miles away... We had blue sharks with one enormous one of close to 300 class. A rat mako did a drive by but i could see him shivvering and his teeth chattering as he went right on by in search of some warmer water...
I just love fishing with buddy and crew... Gotta love a coinetender...

You were pretty close by to where we were fishing. Our fish were all in 63 degree water. The winning mako was caught in 63 degree water by my buddy Nick on the Benchmark.
I will tell you what for the conditions and the time of year there are a decent amount of fish around.

It was good to see you again, sounds like you had a real busy day. At least you had action compared to some of the other guys.

It was a great tourney .. we were pulling in when the 321 thresher was on the scale at Hoffmans .. very nice fish. We weighed a 186 mako, this was our 12th mako this season in just 4 trips. Unfortunately we fell short of the mark set by Nick on the Benchmark. Congrats to him and his crew for the win ..
