Bottom fishing this weekend OC

I am going bottom fishing this Sat 2/7. Probably be 45nm straight out. Anyone else going?

Well the buzz kill started 12 miles from our spot when we saw a target in the radar bullseye. We get there and a NJ headboat was just about finished doing his damage. We managed three nice bass, and to many dog fish. Tried inshore, just dogfish. My Dad had 40 nice keepers in an hour one week earlier. Too few options that far off the beach.

It was the North Star Express from OCNJ.

Sorry to hear about the porcupine, john said it was a real bummer.

I have been fishing with those guys for years, some great old school knowledge there.
