Need your help guys!
I'm from the West Coast and last May I purchased a 31 Contender from SEALING MARINE in Greysonville, MD. I also purchased YES extended warranties for both motors. Last August I found out the extended warranties I purchased were never entered into the system. I have the receipt and all the documentation showing a completed transaction, "Paid in Full".
Sometime after May, SEALING MARINE was sold to Boaters World. Yamaha was notified and their customer service went to work trying to fix a simple mistake. In all these many months Ed Sealing only spoke to them once and told Yamaha he would need to research his records. He has since never answered their calls. Yamaha has given up and has told me I am on my own.
I need to take some sort of action here and am asking anyone who has any info on ED SEALING to please pm me...
PS - I found out I am not the only victim of this scam. There is another extended warranty issue involving a Honda outboard from around the same time frame...
