Boatlift or Dry dock storage out of OI or HI???

Hey guys I'm looking to run my boat down to either OI or HI around the 2nd or 3rd week of March. I was wondering if anyone knew anyone down there with a boat lift that they arent using or that would be available for rent. The boat is a 28ft southport with a 10'6 beam. I'd perfer it to be near OI but if the right situation arises further south I will condisider. Also my other senario would be dry dock storage and if anyone has any contact information for a place that does that out of either OI or HI that would be great. Thanks for all your help!
