i love watching the guys at Oregon inlet fishing center throw them rigs around. I was always told and then taught (as said above) not to ever approach anything faster than you wanted to hit it! Guess it stuck with me all these years!

I WAS DOCKING A SMALL TWIN SCREW 32 FTER YEARS BACK.....AND I WAS CREEPING ALONG!.....THE GEAR LINKAGE BROKE AS I WAS SPINNING HER INTO THE SLIP....IT WAS EITHER AN $810 PILING...OR A 2 MILLION DOLLAR RICKY SCARBOROUGH BOW FLAIR......

I saw one of the oregon inlet boys with a single screw (can't remember the name of the boat) back into slip this past year at the Big Rock that was pretty awesome. Nothing beats practice, day in and day out fishing you have to be good.
