This past weekend we had two 3/4 days scheduled for some King Slinging. I was actually looking forward to the short run and fast action.
Saturday - we got out to the rocks and fished 4-6', which is not ideal for King fishing. I like it a little calmer, because the spoons seem to catch more, but the bally's on the way backs made up for it. We also had a few on the Deep Divers in the shorts.
It was fast and furious right from the start with a triple header Bluefish bite. If you look in the picture, you will see one of the Blues was really big. Then it was a steady pic at the Kings for the rest of the day.
