Headed east around 15 FA off VA Beach My crew was a no show It was his birthday the night before he and his son were to be at the boat @ 400 no where to be found. So I roll solo Got lines in @ 6:15 with little bait and a few marks. The charter fleet was several miles S picking away. I headed that way 2 boats were hooked up. Worked the are for several hours and no love . I start to run the edge north away from the fleet and the B/W tracker on the flat gets hammered put boat in auto and clear lines 30 minutes later a nice 50lber BLT comes to gaff Had 4 bites altogether release a small one. First time solo for tunas it was a blast

We fished out of Rudee yesterday, but no tuna for us... Tried like hell and threw everything but the kitchen sink at em.

Couple nice gaffers for us...

I left you a VM about the flatties. My bud fished there yesterday afternoon and had much better results. Small strip baits off the wreck a ways, outgoing tide.
