Joe catches some serious fish....I heard a rumor of some scallop guys seeing fish in some pretty chilly water...but nothing consistent just here one day gone the next.

They are around .. being in the right place at the right time is hard unless you run to a break like the MOJO did and tilt the odds heavily in your favor. They caught them last week on tilefish longline gear (on the bottom) between the Hudson and Toms ..
