Bluefin fishing

I wanted to plan a charter in carolina this winter to try and catch some of those monster bluefins. what is the best time of year to go out for them and what charter would be good to go with?

The better time to catch them is in January.

I am a relative newcomer to this GBFT gig, but over the past 2 years the 10th through the 23rd of December has been the most consistent. January has had worse weather and slow fishing. Again, just speakingon the last two years.

Beast definitely puts the black boat on the meat. There are a lot of good charter boats there at the waterfront.
