    bluefin at the cigar

After hearing bad reports on Saturday with over 75 boats fishing the cigar area and only a few fish cought i still headed there sunday with the fog !! got about 27 miles off shore intal we ran into the fog i guess that kept a few guys inshore . there wasent half as many boats as saturday .. I fished the NE end of the cigar and had about 15 knock downs and finally i put out some feathers and cought some fish . i was trolling all Horesbally hoos (BIONIC). .. Blue fins were all small fish i Have bass in my pound that were bigger then the blue fins i was catching. hopefuly we get some EAST wind to push some better water in there . the water was warm 71 72 and 73 degreese just green as your garden hose.

    Cigar

I like the Cigar early in the morning, but when it becomes a parking lot, we like to head east between the Cigar and the 750 Square area. Got this one there two weeks ago.
