    blank spreader bars

I am looking for a bar to make my own spreader bars and make some bird bars, I am looking for just a blank bar with nothing on it. Any suggestions?

I think Green Top had some stanless bars last time I was in there. They are in the Richmond area. I know they have some at Broad Creek Marina in Wanchese, NC.

    huh?
Any decent welding supply shop has 36" SS X 1/8" diameter by the pound. I would suggest 316L SS as the most practical. I also use 3/32" SS for light bars. Very easy to make up and really inexpensive with no downside.

Like posted above...a local weld supplier will cover you on the stainless bars. Match your crimps or swivel sleeves to the diameter of the stainless welding rod. Last summer at a cook out a bud wanted a couple pieces to make a couple bars for a tuna trip. After a few to many buds in a can ...he forgets to take them home. I find them the next spring laying in the tall grass next to the shed.....you will not believe this.

Not rusted one bit. Now they are no titanium by along shot. You want the best....then call chuck richardson. He has the springy titanium.

Try your local welder supply store and see if they have stainless steel welding rods
