I know that it kicks off tomorrow, but when is this webcam going to be up?

I wouldn't hold my breath..... Hurricane Rick hits Tuesday/Wednesday probably as a Cat 2, maybe a 1 but it's a big storm. Port is already closed as of this morning and the rain will be heavy on Tues and Weds. Looks like it may end up being a one-day event on Friday if the weather lays down and the port opens up.

Alright sounds good i hope they can fish atleast one day!!

I just spoke to some of my friends in Cabo this morning. The consensus is they are going to try and fish friday but at this point it's 50/50 at best. The port captain must err on the side of caution because of the liability issue. A lot of boats have pulled out of town and either run up the coast of Baja or across to Mazatlan because of the insurance risk. Really bad timing for a storm like this to show up.

Seems like it's just one of those years over here in the Eastern Pacific!!!!

The Bisbee's crew is meeting with FEMA, Baja's civil protection authority, right now. They're waiting to see what FEMA has to say before making a call. My guess, first cancellation of the big Bisbee's in their history. Don't see Friday being enough time for the water to lay down and the port Captain to open things up.
