I wish you would have got him. Where abouts were you set up?

I am from up north and am going down to be out of St. Lucie inlet on a buddies boat that just bought a house down there... we very little knowledge about night swordfishing the area down there. Whats the best way to to determine where to set up for my drift? Depth, area, etc?

Thought you might get a kick out of this drawing...from my novel, Grim Ripper, the chapter entitled "First Swordfish". It is about the heroine, the female mako shark named Grim Ripper, taking her first swordfish. Second, a black and white of a bite from a huge mako on a big sword that the shark had bitten the tail off of, which is how makos disable their prey.
